Contact · One address

Start a brief
in one email

There is no contact form on this site and no telephone queue. One address reaches the company directly, and a person — not an autoresponder — replies within one working day, including when the answer is that we are not the right supplier for you.

Enquiries, quotes, existing projects and support — all to the same address, so nothing falls between two inboxes.

Registered office

TECH 52 LIMITED
1 Gossington Close
Chislehurst
England, BR7 6TG
Company No. 17047936

The registered office is an address for correspondence and statutory service. It is not a walk-in office — meetings are held by video call, or at your premises when the project justifies the journey.

01 — Make the first email a good one

Six lines is
plenty

You do not need a specification to get a useful answer. If you can cover most of the points below, the reply you get back will contain real thinking rather than a request for more information.

  • What the portal is for — the job it does for the people using it
  • Who it is for — members, the public, a trade, a locality
  • Where you are now — nothing yet, an ageing site, or a build that stalled
  • What has to be true — deadlines, integrations, accessibility or procurement rules
  • Roughly what you can spend — a range is enough, and it saves us both a fortnight
  • Which part you want — build, advice, advertising, or "we don't know yet"

Please do not send passwords, card details or personal data about third parties in a first email. If a review needs access to a live system, we will agree a safe way to share it.

02 — What happens next

Four steps,
no salesmanship

Nobody will telephone you unexpectedly, add you to a mailing list, or chase you three times about a proposal. The sequence below is the whole of it.

STEP 01

A reply within one working day

Written by a person who has read your email. It will either ask the two or three questions that matter, or tell you honestly that this is not work we should take on.

STEP 02

A scoping call, 30–45 minutes

By video or telephone, at a time you choose. We go through the portal, the audience, the constraints and the budget. There is no charge for it and no obligation afterwards.

STEP 03

A written brief and a fixed price

Usually within a few working days: scope, assumptions, exclusions, timeline, milestones and the total in pounds sterling. Valid for thirty days. Read it, argue with it, or ignore it.

STEP 04

Your decision, then work begins

Nothing is built, bought or invoiced until you accept the brief in writing. If you decide against it, the document is yours to keep and to take to another supplier.

03 — Practicalities

Hours

Monday to Friday

09:00–17:30 UK time, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. Emails sent at the weekend are answered on the next working day, which is the same commitment we make on a Tuesday morning.

Existing clients

Same address, faster route

Clients on a care or media agreement have agreed response windows written into the agreement itself, and a documented escalation path for anything that has taken a live portal down.

Data

What we do with your email

We use it to answer you and to keep a record of the enquiry, and nothing else. No marketing lists, no selling of contact details, no tracking pixels in our replies. The privacy notice sets out the detail.

One paragraph is enough to begin.

Tell us what the portal has to do and who it has to reach. You will hear back within one working day, from someone who has actually read it.
